Isaac Update

Hi all,

The latest I've seen/read about the damage done by tropical storm Isaac to Haiti includes some of the following:

A lot of electrical grids are down in Port-au-Prince (so I haven't heard back from Evens about PAP or Pestel yet).  Also, a great deal of flooding in some areas of the country.  So far 7 deaths, I believe, have been reported.
